Delete Your Account & Data
Applies to all games published by Catsbit Games
This page explains how players can request deletion of their account and any associated data from games developed by Catsbit Games (including Sandbox 3D, Cubic Sandbox and Off-Road: Forest). You do not need to install anything to submit a request.
How to request deletion
We handle deletion requests by email so we can verify the request and locate the right data. To submit a request:
- Send us an email at catsbit.dev@gmail.com with the subject “Account & Data Deletion Request”.
- Tell us which game you played and include any identifier that helps us find your data — the email address linked to the game (if you provided one) and/or your in-game player ID.
- We verify the request, delete your data, and email you a confirmation. This is completed within 30 days.
What data is deleted
Our games collect very little data. The table below shows what is removed when you request deletion, and how long it takes.

Local data on your device: game progress saved only on your phone or tablet is removed automatically when you uninstall the game.
Data we may retain
We may keep a limited amount of information where we are required to by law, or where necessary to prevent fraud and abuse (for example, records related to payment disputes). Any such data is kept only for as long as legally required and is then deleted.
